Since the privacy of any visitor to our sites and/or domains is of paramount importance to NPVLTD, we wish to protect it and maintain the trust of our visitors while collecting the information necessary to protect your privacy. NPVLTD is fully committed to providing information about the collection and use of personal information furnished by, or collected from, visitors while using our websites and services. What information does NPVLTD COLLECT and how is it USED?

What information do we COLLECT. We collect personal information such as your contact information; i.e. name, address, phone number or e-mail address. When submitting personal information on an online or paper form, we will identify which fields are required in order to fulfill your request. Additionally, our web server automatically collects click-stream information such as the address, URL, of the website that you came from before visiting our site, which pages your visit to our site, which browser you used to view our site and any search terms you have entered on our site.

When we collect information. While taking advantage of services available at NPVLTD locations or visiting our websites, we may ask that you provide certain information about yourself. For example, we may request personal information when you request information or services. In addition, when using our websites, our servers may collect click-stream information as described above. NPVLTD may also use third-party providers of customer information to improve the accuracy of our customer database, to in crease our understanding of our customers or to identify potential customers.

How the information is used. We use the information you provide in order to a) fulfill requests for information, b) provide customer service, c) offer new products and services, d) measure and improve the effectiveness of our websites, our marketing endeavors for our services and offers, e) administer surveys, f) send marketing communications or g) other appropriate business purposes.

Use of COOKIES, OTHER TECHNOLOGIES OR THIRD PARTIES to INDIRECTLY collect information?

Cookies and other Technologies. A cookie is a very small text file that is sent to a visitor’s browser from a web server and stored on the visitor’s computer hard drive. It assigns the computer a unique identifier. It is essentially the visitor’s identification card when she/he returns to an NPVLTD website. Cookies save visitors time because they help us to provide the visitor’s customized experience without having to remind us of his/her preferences each time she/he returns to our web page. NPVLTD cookies cannot damage visitor files, nor can they read information from the visitor’s hard drive.

We use services of a marketing company to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our site. To do this, we use web beacons and cookies provided by our marketing company on this site. The type of information we collect includes the pages visited, keywords used in searching the site, properties viewed, and technical data related to your browser and computer settings. By supplementing our records, this information helps us lean things like what pages are most attractive to our visitors, which of our products most interest our customers, and what kinds of offices our customers like to see. CHOICES I have regarding how information is used?

If your information is currently being used to send you marketing communications, you can opt-out at any time. All marketing email and direct mail communications from NPVLTD, such as special offers, tell you how to stop receiving them.

To opt out of receiving marketing communications from NPVLTD:

  1. Follow directions on a marketing email or direct mail communication from NPVLTD.

If you send a written request by email or regular mail, please be sure to write “NPVLTD – Privacy Policy”. Additionally, please include your full name, address, phone number and email address and indicate specifically what type of marketing communications you wish to stop receiving. This will insure we identify you correctly in our systems and accurately process your opt out request.

NPVLTD will take the appropriate steps to implement your request to opt out. Please note that due to production and mailing timelines, it may take up to ten (10) business days for emails and up to six (6) weeks for direct mail to make the requested change. Until that change occurs, you may still receive marketing communications from us.

Please note that you may also continue to receive business-related communications such as communications from an apartment management employee if you are a resident or other administrative communications.

How can I UPDATE or CHANGE my information?

NPVLTD wants your information and preferences to be accurate and complete. We provide several different methods for you to update or change the information you give us.

How does NPVLTD SECURE my personal information?

We cannot guarantee against any loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction of data, we take reasonable precautions to prevent such unfortunate occurrences. NPVLTD has implemented internal privacy policies including disposal procedures for all consumer information. However, NPVLTD cannot insure or guarantee the accuracy of any information you transmit to us by email and you do so at your own risk.
